Drive to Agra
Travel to Agra via the Yamuna Expressway — a comfortable drive of around 3.5 hours in a private air-conditioned car.

On reaching Agra, stop for lunch at a restaurant of your choice (optional add-on) before the afternoon’s sightseeing.
Mehtab Bagh — Sunset View of the Taj Mahal
Visit Mehtab Bagh, the riverside garden directly across the Yamuna from the Taj Mahal. It offers a serene view of the monument in the soft light of late afternoon — a favorite spot for photographs.

Visit the Taj Mahal
Your guide meets you at the Taj Mahal for an early sunrise visit. Shah Jahan built it in 1632 in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal, and in the soft morning light the white marble glows — one of the most breathtaking sights anywhere. Your guide talks you through its history and helps you photograph it from every angle.
A note on Friday visits
The Taj Mahal interior is closed every Friday for prayer. If Day 2 of your tour falls on a Friday — for example, a Thursday arrival — the Taj Mahal is visited on Day 1 afternoon instead, and Day 2 covers Agra Fort and the Baby Taj. Your itinerary is re-sequenced accordingly.

Visit Agra Fort — UNESCO World Heritage Site
Explore the majestic Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site built by Emperor Akbar in 1573. Walk its grand courtyards, palaces and halls, and take in the view of the Taj Mahal from the ramparts.
Visit Baby Taj — Tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah
Visit the exquisite Baby Taj, commissioned by Noor Jahan for her father Ghiyas Beg. The delicate marble inlay work and Persian gardens are considered a jewel of Mughal architecture.
Fatehpur Sikri (Optional Visit)
Fatehpur Sikri is a beautiful UNESCO-listed Mughal city near Agra. It is offered as an optional add-on rather than a standard inclusion because the site requires a separate entry ticket, a shared shuttle bus from the parking lot, and a local government-approved guide — all of which add cost. It can be added to Day 2 on the way back; please request it at the time of booking. The drive from Agra is approximately 1 hour each way, plus around 45 minutes visiting the site — approximately 3 hours in total added to the day.
