Are monument tickets included?
Monument tickets are not included in the tour price, but you can add them while booking. Your guide then has them ready before you arrive, so you skip the ticket queue. Prices for every monument are listed on each tour page.

Are meals included?
On multi-day tours, breakfast is included with every hotel tier. Lunch and dinner are optional add-ons — each tour page lists per-person prices for multi-cuisine restaurants and 5-star hotels in every city you visit, and you can add them while booking.

What languages are available for the guide?
All nine guide languages are included at no extra cost: English, Hindi, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, and Russian. Tell us which you would like when booking and we assign a guide who speaks it.

Is this a private tour?
Yes — every Amin Tours tour is private. Only your group takes part, with a dedicated professional driver, a private air-conditioned car, and a licensed local guide throughout. Nothing is shared with other travelers.

Where do you pick up?
Tours from Delhi include pickup from any hotel, residence, or airport in Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon (Gurugram), Ghaziabad, or Faridabad — including Delhi (IGI), Hindon, and Noida International (Jewar) airports. Agra and Jaipur tours pick up anywhere in those cities. Just share your flight details if you are arriving by air.

How does booking and payment work?
Choose your tour, date, and group size and send a booking request — on the website or directly on WhatsApp. We confirm availability within minutes, then send a secure payment link: pay in full, or hold your date with a token amount and settle the balance later. Prices are per person in US dollars.

Can the vehicle be upgraded?
Yes, on any tour. Vehicles are allocated by group size — sedan, MPV, SUV, Tempo Traveler, or coach — and an upgrade is available at an additional cost. Please ask in advance.

Can the tour be tailored to us?
Yes. Because every tour is private, the timings, the order of sightseeing, and the stops themselves can be adjusted. Tell us what you would like when booking, or talk it through with your guide on the day.

Is support available 24/7 during the tour?
Yes. Our team is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, throughout your tour — before it, during it, and after it.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the tour begins, on every tour, with a full refund of any amount paid.
