Qutub Minar
Begin at the Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the world’s tallest brick minaret, rising 73 meters above the historic Qutub complex. Explore its red sandstone architecture, ancient ruins, mosque, and Iron Pillar while your private guide explains its history and architectural significance.
Humayun’s Tomb

Continue past Rashtrapati Bhavan — the President’s official residence — on Raisina Hill. A brief photo stop may be possible, subject to traffic and security conditions.
Parliament House
Beside it stands Parliament House, the seat of the Indian republic. Together with India Gate and Rashtrapati Bhavan it forms the grand axis of Lutyens’ New Delhi. This is a drive-past stop, with a short pause for photographs where conditions allow.
Meal Break
Stop for lunch in Connaught Place, where your private guide will suggest a suitable local multi-cuisine restaurant. You may choose the recommended restaurant commonly used by our guests or select another nearby restaurant according to your preference. Lunch is not included in the standard tour price but is available as an optional add-on.
Red Fort
View the magnificent Red Fort (Lal Qila), the great walled fort built by Emperor Shah Jahan and the seat of Mughal power for two centuries. The tour pauses for photographs from outside — no entrance ticket is required, as the fort is viewed from outside only.
Jama Masjid
Visit Jama Masjid, the grand 17th-century mosque commissioned by Shah Jahan and one of the largest in India. Its vast courtyard holds thousands of worshippers; a modest dress code applies.
Chandni Chowk Tuk-Tuk Ride
Take a tuk-tuk ride through Chandni Chowk, the bustling historic bazaar of Old Delhi — a maze of narrow lanes lined with spice shops, sweet stalls, and centuries-old storefronts.
Khari Baoli Spice Market
Continue on foot through Khari Baoli, Asia’s largest wholesale spice market — a centuries-old quarter scented with cardamom, saffron, dried fruit, and chilli, traded here since the seventeenth century.
Akshardham Temple
Visit Akshardham Temple, an impressive complex known for its traditional Indian architecture, detailed stone carvings, peaceful gardens, and spiritual atmosphere. Your private guide will explain its cultural and architectural significance. Akshardham Temple is closed on Mondays. On Mondays, you may visit either Gurudwara Bangla Sahib or Agrasen ki Baoli instead.

A note on Friday visits
The Taj Mahal interior is closed every Friday for prayer. If Day 3 of your tour falls on a Friday — for example, a Wednesday start — the Taj Mahal is visited on Day 2 on arrival in Agra instead of Day 3 at sunrise, and Day 3 covers Agra Fort. Your itinerary is re-sequenced accordingly.

About Jaigarh Fort and Amber Fort
We take you to Jaigarh Fort, not Amber Fort. The reason is simple: Amber Fort is known for the elephant rides up the hill, and many travelers would rather not do them. Jaigarh Fort sits on the same hill and is just as grand. If you would prefer Amber Fort instead of Jaigarh, we are happy to swap it in for a little extra cost, and your car can drive right up to the top of Amber Fort, so there is no need to take an elephant ride. If you would like to see both forts, that can also be arranged for a little extra cost. Just let us know after you book and we will make the arrangements.
Hawa Mahal — Palace of Winds (Photo Stop)
Pause for photographs at the Hawa Mahal, the five-story “Palace of Winds” with its honeycomb façade of 953 small windows, built so royal women could watch the street below unseen.

City Palace Museum

Pause beside the Jal Mahal, the “Water Palace” that appears to float on Man Sagar Lake. It is admired from the lakeside — entry to the palace itself is not permitted.
Visit Jantar Mantar — UNESCO World Heritage Site
Visit Jantar Mantar, the 18th-century astronomical observatory of Sawai Jai Singh II — a UNESCO World Heritage Site, home to the largest stone sundial in the world.
Elephant Village (Optional Experience)

- This is a five-day tour with four nights of accommodation — one in Delhi, one in Agra, and two in Jaipur. Please select your hotel tier — 3-Star, 4-Star, or 5-Star — at the time of booking.
- At the end of the tour you may finish in Jaipur or continue to Delhi — please tell us your preference at the time of booking so the final day can be planned around it.
- The Taj Mahal interior is closed every Friday for prayer. If Day 3 falls on a Friday (for example, a Wednesday start), the Taj Mahal is visited on Day 2 on arrival in Agra, and Day 3 covers Agra Fort.
- Akshardham Temple is closed on Mondays. If Day 1 falls on a Monday, you may choose either Gurudwara Bangla Sahib or Agrasen ki Baoli in its place — please tell your guide your preference on the day.
- Akshardham’s main temple and gardens are free to enter; separately ticketed exhibitions, boat rides, and water shows are not part of the standard itinerary.
- The Red Fort is viewed from outside only, so no Red Fort entrance ticket is required.
- This is a private tour, and the order of sightseeing may be adjusted for traffic, security restrictions, monument timings, prayer times, or local operating conditions.
- The Jal Mahal is viewed from the lakeside — entry to the palace itself is not permitted.
- No “skip-the-line” system exists at the Taj Mahal. If any website claims otherwise, that information is incorrect.
- Hotel check-in and check-out times are set by the hotels; your guide will plan the itinerary around them.
- Videography cameras are not permitted inside the Taj Mahal. Mobile phones and a standard DSLR camera without additional lenses are permitted. Large bags and food items are not allowed inside.
- A modest dress code applies at Jama Masjid and Akshardham Temple; if Gurudwara Bangla Sahib is chosen on a Monday, heads should be covered inside the Gurudwara.
- Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended.

The five-day itinerary is the most relaxed way to see the Golden Triangle. Delhi is covered in a full first day, Agra across the arrival afternoon and the following sunrise, and Jaipur has a full day for its forts and palaces plus an unhurried final morning.
