About this tour
This four-day private tour is the Golden Triangle — Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur — at an unhurried, well-paced rhythm, with two full days in Jaipur. Day 1 gives the capital its due, beginning at the Qutub Minar and Humayun’s Tomb, taking in the ceremonial heart of New Delhi and the old city’s mosque and bazaars, and finishing at Akshardham Temple before the evening drive to Agra. Day 2 begins with the Taj Mahal at sunrise, followed by Agra Fort and the Baby Taj, then the drive on to Jaipur.

We collect you from any hotel, residence, or airport in Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon (Gurugram), Ghaziabad, or Faridabad — Delhi (IGI) Airport, Hindon Airport in Ghaziabad, and Noida International Airport in Jewar all included.
Tell us any pickup time between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM and your professional driver will be there in a private air-conditioned car, ready to head for the first monument. Your private guide meets you close to that first stop and remains with you for the whole day.
Visit Qutub Minar
The first stop is the Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the south of the city and, at 73 meters, the tallest brick minaret anywhere. Beyond the tower itself the complex holds early mosque architecture, carved colonnades, and the famous Iron Pillar, and your guide draws out the story that ties them together.
Visit Humayun’s Tomb
A short drive north brings you to Humayun’s Tomb, also UNESCO-listed. This 16th-century mausoleum sits at the center of formal Persian gardens, and its proportions and materials were the template Mughal builders refined over the following century — most famously at the monument you will see on Day 2.
Drive Past India Gate
Head into the ceremonial center of New Delhi for India Gate, the 42-meter arch commemorating the Indian soldiers lost in the First World War, seen from the comfort of your car.
Drive Past the President’s House
Continue along Raisina Hill past the President’s House — Rashtrapati Bhavan — the official residence of the President of India. Where traffic and security conditions allow, a brief photo stop can be made.
Drive Past Parliament House
Alongside it stands Parliament House, home to India’s national legislature. This is a drive-past stop as well, with a short pause for photographs if conditions permit.
Meal Break
Stop for lunch in Connaught Place. Your guide can recommend a dependable local multi-cuisine restaurant that our guests use regularly, or you may pick another nearby spot yourself. Lunch sits outside the standard tour price and is available as an optional add-on.
Red Fort — Photo Stop from Outside
The afternoon belongs to Old Delhi, starting at the Red Fort, built by Emperor Shah Jahan and the seat of Mughal authority for two hundred years. You stop for photographs along its sandstone walls by the Lahori Gate; the fort is seen from outside, so no entrance ticket applies.
Visit Jama Masjid
Nearby stands Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in the country, with a courtyard that holds thousands and minarets that rise above the rooftops of the old city. Modest dress is required, and the mosque may close briefly to visitors at prayer times.
Chandni Chowk Rickshaw Ride
Swap the car for a cycle rickshaw and ride into Chandni Chowk, the historic bazaar laid out in Mughal times and still one of the busiest streets in Delhi. The ride is part of your tour price.
Khari Baoli Spice Market
The lanes open out at Khari Baoli, the largest wholesale spice market in Asia, where turmeric, chillies, cardamom, nuts, and dried fruit are stacked in the same doorways traders have used for generations. There is no entry charge, and your guide explains how the market works.
Visit Akshardham Temple
The Delhi day finishes at Akshardham Temple, a vast complex of hand-carved sandstone and marble beside the Yamuna, deliberately kept for last because it sits right where the road to Agra begins. Note that Akshardham closes on Mondays — on a Monday departure you may choose Gurudwara Bangla Sahib or Agrasen ki Baoli in its place.
Drive to Agra
From there it is the Yamuna Expressway to Agra — about 3.5 hours in your private air-conditioned car, with a comfort break en route if you want one.

Visit the Taj Mahal
Begin early with a sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal, built by Emperor Shah Jahan in 1632 in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. In the soft morning light the white marble glows — one of the most breathtaking sights in the world. Your guide shares its history and helps you photograph it from every angle.
A note on Friday visits:
The Taj Mahal interior is closed every Friday for prayer. If Day 2 of your tour falls on a Friday — for example, a Thursday start — the Taj Mahal is visited on Day 1 on arrival in Agra instead of Day 2 at sunrise, and Day 2 covers Agra Fort and the Baby Taj. Your itinerary is re-sequenced accordingly.

Visit Agra Fort — UNESCO World Heritage Site

Visit Baby Taj — Tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah
Visit the exquisite Baby Taj, commissioned by Noor Jahan for her father Ghiyas Beg. Its delicate marble inlay work and Persian gardens are considered a jewel of Mughal architecture.

Fatehpur Sikri (Optional Visit)

It sits conveniently on the route to Jaipur; please request it at the time of booking.

Jaigarh Fort
Visit Jaigarh Fort, the rugged hilltop fortress built by Sawai Jai Singh II, known for its commanding views over the Aravalli hills and Amber below, and for Jaivana — once the largest cannon on wheels in the world.
Amber Fort (Optional Visit)
Amber Fort is traditionally associated with elephant rides, which raise animal welfare concerns. We include nearby Jaigarh Fort instead — a beautiful hilltop fort with panoramic views and fewer crowds. If you would prefer Amber Fort, we are happy to swap. Elephant rides can be arranged on-site separately but are not part of our standard itineraries.
Hawa Mahal — Palace of Winds (Photo Stop)
Pause for photographs at the Hawa Mahal, the five-story “Palace of Winds” with its honeycomb façade of 953 small windows, built so royal women could watch the street below unseen.

- This is a four-day tour with three nights of accommodation — one in Agra and two in Jaipur. Please select your hotel tier — 3-Star, 4-Star, or 5-Star — at the time of booking.
- At the end of the tour you may finish in Jaipur or continue to Delhi — please tell us your preference at the time of booking so the final day can be planned around it.
- The Taj Mahal interior is closed every Friday for prayer. If Day 2 falls on a Friday (for example, a Thursday start), the Taj Mahal is visited on Day 1 on arrival in Agra, and Day 2 covers Agra Fort and the Baby Taj.
- Akshardham Temple is closed on Mondays. If Day 1 falls on a Monday, you may choose either Gurudwara Bangla Sahib or Agrasen ki Baoli in its place — please tell your guide your preference on the day.
- Akshardham’s main temple and gardens are free to enter; separately ticketed exhibitions, boat rides, and water shows are not part of the standard itinerary.
- The Red Fort is viewed from outside only, so no Red Fort entrance ticket is required.
- This is a private tour, and the order of sightseeing may be adjusted for traffic, security restrictions, monument timings, prayer times, or local operating conditions.
- The Jal Mahal is viewed from the lakeside — entry to the palace itself is not permitted.
- No “skip-the-line” system exists at the Taj Mahal. If any website claims otherwise, that information is incorrect.
- Hotel check-in and check-out times are set by the hotels; your guide will plan the itinerary around them.
- Videography cameras are not permitted inside the Taj Mahal. Mobile phones and a standard DSLR camera without additional lenses are permitted. Large bags and food items are not allowed inside.
- A modest dress code applies at Jama Masjid and Akshardham Temple; if Gurudwara Bangla Sahib is chosen on a Monday, heads should be covered inside the Gurudwara.
- Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended.
- Please carry a valid photo ID — it is required at hotel check-in and may be required at the monuments. A clear photograph of the ID on your mobile phone is also acceptable.

Can I finish the tour in Jaipur instead of returning to Delhi?
Yes. Once the final morning in Jaipur is complete you may be dropped off at any hotel, residence, or airport in Jaipur, or continue to Delhi in your private car — around 5 hours, with a comfort break along the way. Please tell us your preference at the time of booking.

The four-day itinerary gives Jaipur an unhurried pace. Day 3 covers the forts and palaces, and Day 4 allows a relaxed final morning — the Jantar Mantar, the Jal Mahal, and time in the city’s bazaars — before you either settle in Jaipur or drive back to Delhi.
